Promptu asked us to define the user experience for multiple applications on android platforms. The goals for this project were to develop the user interface for the end-consumer and demonstrate Promptu's Natural Language Understanding technology.

Utilizing natural language understanding, Promptu gives drivers a hands-free experience unlike any other. Forget memorizing the right way to talk to a car. Throw keywords out the window. Just speak and the app will understand.

The user will perform navigational requests, display the current weather, play a specific song or movie from the device's local media. The app will even update your Facebook status or text your mom that you are running late. More importantly, the design was thoroughly thought out to be utilized in an automobile. This demo app was even presented by Promptu in a BMW car at CES in 2013.

We designed the app with a dark background with vibrant colors to easily distinguish each function and not be distracting while driving. The design is simplistic, intuitive, and modern to ultimately demonstrate clear functionality.
